Data we process

Through the contact form we collect the data you choose to provide: name, company, email address, telephone number, country, machine details and the content of your message.

For technical and security purposes, the server hosting this website also records the navigation data commonly logged by web systems (IP address, date and time of the request, browser type).

Purpose and legal basis

Data collected through the form is processed solely in order to answer your enquiry and to manage any commercial or technical relationship arising from it. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request, together with the controller's legitimate interest in replying to communications received.

We do not use your data to send unsolicited commercial communications, nor for profiling activities.

Processing and retention

Data is processed using electronic tools, with technical and organisational measures appropriate to ensure its security and confidentiality. Contact data is retained for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any subsequent relationship, and in any case no longer than the periods required by applicable law.
